The WellsOne® Expense Manager app is designed to help you keep track of your business expenses and complete core tasks associated with approvals and transaction submissions with your mobile device. From receipt capture and coding, to approvals and reimbursement, the WellsOne Expense Manager app helps you securely complete your expense tasks on the go.

To use the app, you must have:
• A Wells Fargo issued WellsOne® commercial card and use WellsOne Expense Manager
• Access to the Commercial Electronic Office®(CEO®)

App keeps timing out rapidly on IPhone XR
As the title states, I’ve noticed that my app times out and I am forced to sign in via passcode, during mid process. The issue is that the app is auto submitting my expense to my boss for approval, while it’s incomplete.
I’ve noticed that while it’s not the only circumstance to create this issue, it’s primarily while I am doing a split on the expense.
I would love for someone, either Apple or Wells Fargo to assist me with this problem. I can’t even get past 3 expense submittals without this taking place. I’m beyond frustrated with technology but am forced to cope, since this is part of my job.

Requests
Add the ability to select from files or other apps. Make your camera capture of receipts more intelligent. Allow multiple selection of expenses for mass update or approval. Use real time receipt captures automatically from the merchant at time of transaction, so all you need to do is provide a reason for the expense, done. Then it would be a much more useful app. Consider changing app authoring vendors. Thank you.

Almost as bad as the previous version
This software is truly the most frustrating piece of software I’ve ever had the excruciating “privilege” to be required to use!
The constant “something went wrong” messages that usually lead to multiple copies of the same receipt being added to the expense or simply just failing to respond to any touches lead to constant restarts.
If that’s not bad enough, why a piece of software would stop responding and then on restart ask you to change your password is truly beyond me! If you have small kids around, don’t try to use this software as I’m sure you’ll teach them language that won’t be appreciated at school!
