Quality
I really appreciate how convenient the app is. Being able to schedule your payments without the immediate need of a representative or automated system is 10/10. In hopes of seeing the growth in Upstart. I would make some adjustments to how long it takes the pending payment to withdraw. 7 days is excessively long especially with all the advancements in technology currently. With that, I believe with this change it would take less stress off the loan holders and introduce a more populous interest in the company itself for future loan holders.

My son ran into a personal emergency and needed my help, I did not have the money at the time. I found upstart and applied, and it was the easiest, less stressed steps to fill out my application and I was approved within less than 10 minutes. This by far has been one of the smoothest personal loan apps that I have ever used. I cannot be grateful enough for upstart for being there for me when I needed them.
Definitely does not approve low credit scores like they say they will
This company advertises that they will help anyone with any credit score. I went through some very bad times, and I do not have a good credit score. I am trying really hard to make my credit better. It’s very difficult to get anyone to approve you for a loan with poor credit, So I thought I would give Upstart a shot since they advertise credit score 350 and above welcome. But of course what they advertise is not true, because they would not approve me. Waste of time
**** UPDATE *****. So I was told to reach out to the company about my loan being denied ,I reached out to them, and I still didn’t get the loan. Complete waste of time. Do not go with this company at all.
