As this entire method is brand new for utilizing VAT forms there are bound to be issues, however every single comment and issue I’ve sent in has been taken care of quickly and efficiently. I’m excited to see where this company is going, and again yes they are not perfect but it’s a growing process with an entire new system to assist and make things easier for everyone who utilizes VAT forms. Before this app I had used 2 forms in a year and only for over $300 purchases and it was always difficult or worse forgot the form. Now, I can upload simple receipts from the economy and get money back for my family, and I’m excited to see this program help many more that very much could use any extra assistance.
An awesome idea in the works!
This app is designed for people like us, who are able to use the VAT form and would like to use it for micro purchases.
The idea is wonderful, the execution is still getting the quirks worked out, and the staff is truly willing and able to help on a one on one basis!
Please be advised that you do NOT get all of the tax back, as this is a private company. You get about 70% of the taxes back.

They take 5% from your money.
First, you still have to purchase and upload VAT forms. Why!? Tell the Germans to get with the digital times or move on without them. They barely contribute to NATO and America still has to bow to them? The “green” country killing trees for their dinosaur policies of paperwork?
Second, this app takes 5% of the 19% refund that you are ENTITLED to and owed. This is outrageous that you lose 5% and still buy a $10 VAT form. This think about it this way, as more people use this app, this company will continue to reap in the increased profits from the 5% theft. I wonder what politician the owner of this app is in bed with?
You’re only really going to score back a few bucks a month from groceries and monthly consumables so is this app worth it? I’ll do this full month of December but if I’m barely making $20/month back, I’ll be deleting it and downgrading my review further.
