To use the app, you need a Navy Federal GO Prepaid card.

Adding a new card into the Navy Federal GO Prepaid app is easy. Just tap “Create Mobile Account” and enter your GO Prepaid card number, specify if you’re the Account Owner of Cardholder, use your mobile number as your username and then create a password. You’re done!

App inop?
I don’t typically have problems logging in to move cash to my kid’s cards. Today, one asked me to move $$ and each time I attempted to log in, the screen flashed from logged in to immediately being logged off. Attempted multiple times. The app was just updated the other day to “fix bugs”. Instead, it appears they were created.
Got it working but had to use a different email
First I would like to say that once you have it working it seems to work well. I don’t have multiple cards so I can’t comment on that experience. But it is much better than the previous app, that I had to close before using, or else it would crash.
If your email has a dash in the domain forget about trying to verify it, because it strips them out and sends it to an address without the dashes. Even though I told them that two weeks ago, they told me it was fixed. It wasn’t. Luckily after they deleted my account I was able to enter a different email and continue the process. If they went through bug testing at all, they need another team. It is far superior than using the website on mobile, but that is only if you can get in.

All the app is really needed for is checking balance and transaction history, which it does great
