UODATE. I Love this app again

Up until a few weeks ago everything was great but then I started having issues Every time I opened the app I get an “internal error has occurred” message and other messages.
UPDATE
Well to my delight I was contacted by a Developer and the problem has been fixed. I’m so glad because the app is very convent to use and I missed not having it. Thanks for fixing my problem quickly. I’m a fan again.

Terrible! Makes me want to switch banks

I don’t know where the good reviews come from but from my experience and many other people; this app is useless and frustrating, the mobile banking app is no better. And, online banking is just as bad. This is like banking in the 50’s. I have to walk-in to a branch to ask for my balance and make a payment at the teller. What’s the point of “Mobile Banking” if it doesn’t work? The last time this app was updated was “10 months ago” are you kidding me??? Who is in charge of this mess?
