App stopped working
This app was working great for months and then all of a sudden it just stopped working for no apparent reason. It won’t even launch on my phone anymore.
“Error occurred” is the message I get for my balance page. It prompts me to “try again” but that’s useless.
My account page comes up but I can’t access anything on it. Any category I press sends me to an “access denied” page. I’ve given it quite a while (2 months) to work out its own glitches but still nothing. I don’t know what to do other than delete it. I wish I could get it working again it was a great app.
Problem getting to app
I have never had any issues before. Last month I tried to get my balance it tells me error occurred unable to get transactions. I have reset my password everything. Once I do that I can get in. Once I sign out I get the same error message again and unable to see balance or transaction.
Not easy to use
I get texts each month telling me to change my password. When I call the Louisiana office, I wait literally 1 hour to speak with a person and then I’m told that I do not need to update password and to use the ph # on back of card to talk with a person who can help me reset it because I’ve gotten locked out. Don’t have it in me to call & hold for another hour!
