As if this company couldn’t get any worse old app couldn’t see barely any of your loan info. New app can’t even login and and want your account number well morons can’t have account number if can’t log in company’s scam app to make people late on there loan payments is all I see here. Can’t even sign in on a desktop computer tells you download mobile app what a joke. Anyone thinking taking a loan with this company steer clear I mean very clear wouldn’t surprise me if there security is crap like there app. There are better loan company’s out there which doesn’t take much to be better then lendmark

They have always been nice and also very helpful to my husband and I. I don’t care for the interest rate but they can’t do anything about that. If they can’t help us at the time they will call and let us know. Always very friendly. They do get busy and have been short on help so maybe they forgot to call the customer that complained back but they are only human and make mistakes. They have always did their best to help us if possible but they do have rules that they have to follow. This review is for the Gadsden Alabama location. We have had no experience with any of the other locations.
I give them a 4 star rating because there’s always room for improvement, not because of anything they have done to make us dissatisfied.
