Works inconsistently
I am a patient using the app to order meals for myself. Some days the app will only let me order 5 lines of food. I can order multiple servings but the total number of likes is 5. So if I order entree, veggie, veggie, drink, and dessert, I cannot add condiments to the list like salt, pepper, salad dressing, etc. It drops them. Some days it works fine.
??? Doesn’t work
Tried creating an account, kept getting error that info does not match current admission. We’re currently sitting in the hospital on day 2, wrist band on and matching what is entered in the app as well as facility info on the printed menu. However, we keep getting the error. No getting past it. There has to be another way to do the registration. This app should have an interface with the patient portal in the hospitals system. Would probably be better if that patient portal developed their own area for patients to order their food. This one is just not cutting it.
Set up issue: Patient info mismatch error
Edit: the password reset process did not work a second time at all. I’m not receiving any security codes to reset my password.
A fix that worked for me: when setting up the CBORD patient app you get finished with the questions and then they tell you that your info doesn’t match their records. I pressed “password reset” and used the email address ( that I also use for UW MyChart) to do the password reset.
After doing that, the app finished its set-up process and I’m looking forward to ordering my first meal through here soon.
