Meesho: Online Shopping 4+

I really want to share one of the most horrible experiences I've had with Meesho. I had requested for return pick up of a parcel as it was not as expected.
The request was placed on 29th January 2023 and received the call for the same on the same day however as I was unavailable requested the courier fellow to pick up at a specific time, he agreed and disconnected the call however he did not turn up. The next day also received a msg for pick up however no one turned up. The other day called up the customer support to raise request for the pick up and got a msg stating the pick up will be done. Received a call from the courier person however missed it due to some work when I called the courier fellow and requested to pick up he refused and said I can complaint to whoever I want. Again called up the customer care and as assisted by a female whose name I suppose was Weena. She was very arrogant and rude and refused to provide the appropriate resolution as well as was interrupting and ignoring the questions being asked. In the end when requested to speak with a Senior she put my call on hold and then disconnected stating I was misbehaving. Really disappointed with Meesho

When we pay in advance for some things, there is no refund. Since I am a devoted Meesho member and usually prepay and occasionally cod, I strongly advise against using this app. Whenever I call customer service to request a refund, they always reply that they have filed a complaint and will reimburse my money within five to six business days. I then wait six days before making another call. They still provide me with the same response. And I wait once again. This has continued for a month and a half, and I truly want to sue them for it because my order included like seven products in all. Neither about the reimbursement either. This has to do with the product order for two black shirts and two white shirts. They arrive in a single shipment, and since all four of them are listed on the invoice and the package, there are two separate identities for the black and white. And as soon as the delivery was made, I issued a complaint. However, as usual, they are unable to return because it is a single item. They claim there must be a minimum of two. They tell me to wait five or six working days when I try to persuade them out of it. When I finally called back, they informed me that my return time had ended. Nothing that can be done in that way. I strongly advise against using this app and going through this horrible process.

Worst app and worst experience ever in my life…I have been shopping online from various apps and websites to… since many years now and also me and my family used to order a lot from meesho inspite of some delivery issues but didn’t have much major issues regarding it…but never has such kind of fraud happened with me…. Firstly i ordered three identical anarkali kurtas..one xl and two in size L..but they delivered me only one kurta instead that is by the way mistake from there side only …but anyway i raised my complain within the 5 minutes of my delivery, the moment i opened the package…they then consoled me by saying that i would get the full refund amount of both within 48 hours..instead i received the refund for only one kurta that too 4-5 days later after me calling the customer care daily and it is been around 1.5 months that i have been constantly calling them for my full refund every other day and they just kept on saying that I’ll receive my money in 48 hours but nothing happened and when i called the customer care again 3-4 days back…they said that there account is showing then that all the money has been transferred to me when i received the half amount only…..i have never seen such kind of fraudsters in my life ever..why do you guys have to fool innocent people not everyone of us has money to spend everywhere..same on you guys..looting money from us like this..wouldn’t recommend anyone.
