Three‪+‬ 17+

I have used 3 services for my mobile and I am in a contract with 3 I normally go too the 3 shop as I enjoy talking too the staff renewing my contact. The staff are wonderful professional helpful and very pleasant and I always ready to get the best offer for me I only deal with the shop there has been a increase in phone calls from 3 mobile but I don’t share any information with mad I am frighted to be. Scammed so I always say I deal with the 3shopnaibi thank them and put the phone down o like the way I am able to do what I want with your team In Liverpool 1, thank you for the excellent service.

I love Three network and the offers on Three+ but the app itself isn’t great. It’s OK most of the time but at random times it decides it doesn’t want to let you log in. Then you have to get in touch which is hard work, and you’re usually met with someone who is not well trained. A lengthy process getting in touch, repeating information over and over. It’s not just me either, my whole family have this app and they often have sign-in issues. We have biometric sign-in which recognises us, but then it’s just an error. And it won’t allow you to sign-in with a password either. Then sometimes it will just start working again without getting in touch, no rhyme or reason to it. It’s been like this for a couple of years or so now. I don’t know why they can’t fix this issue.

I am extremely stressed and upset with three customer service as I have been contacting them for the past 8 months as my Three plus rewards app is not working ,every time I speak to them they assure me with the kind words and make me happy that it will be done but however nothing has been done till date .I have tried other devices to log in and it’s asking to register but says later that can’t register after putting the details in ..even spoke in store that say to call customer care and they can’t do anything ..

That's not good! To register for a Three+ account, you'll need to enter your phone number and then choose a unique password. This must be different to the one for your My3 account.
